Casual and everyday styles with a retail-ready finish
Loafers, slip-ons, mules and low-top styles in knit, textile, PU and leather — the volume end of a women's range, where finishing and consistency decide reorders.
What we develop
Slip-ons, loafers, mules, low-tops and everyday styles in knit, textile, synthetic and leather uppers. Casual styles usually carry lower margins per pair than heels, so the work goes into consistency: the second colourway matching the first, the shoe surviving a season of daily wear, and the finish looking the same on pair 50 as on pair 1.
What drives cost and lead time
- Sole unit. Most casual styles are built on moulded soles. Reusing an existing sole keeps tooling out of the price; a new one is a per-style cost.
- Upper construction. Knit uppers need different cutting and lasting than PU; textile adds lining decisions that affect fit.
- Colourways. Each colourway is a separate material booking and a separate QC reference. Three colourways at 50 pairs each is a different order from one colourway at 150.
- Finishing details. Stitching, piping and perforation are hand operations and add time.
Where casual styles usually go wrong
The failure mode is not the design — it is the drift between the approved sample and the bulk. A different lining thickness, a sole unit from a slightly different mould, or a colour that matched under office lighting and not in daylight. We photograph and sign off the approved sample as the QC reference, and bulk is checked against it rather than against a memory of it.

Can you match an existing shoe we already sell?
Send the shoe. We work back to the last and pattern, tell you where the construction differs, and quote both the match and any cost improvement available.
Do you handle multiple colourways?
Yes. Each colourway is a separate material booking and QC reference, so it is priced and scheduled separately from the first.
Are these suitable for e-commerce packaging?
Yes. Tell us the packaging requirement at brief stage — shoe box, polybag or mailer-ready — and we build it into the quotation rather than adding it at the end.
Send the shoe you have in mind
A photo, a sketch or a tech pack is enough. You get construction options, indicative pricing and the MOQ back within 24 hours. Sampling a synthetic leather (PU) upper is USD 100 and takes around 15 days — and nothing goes into bulk until you have approved the shoe.
