Pumps and heels, engineered around a wearable last
Pointed, round and square toes; block, stiletto, kitten and flared heels. The hard part is never the shape — it is making the shape walkable at your target price.
What we develop
Closed-toe pumps, slingbacks, mules and heeled sandals across the toe shapes and heel types your range needs. You set the silhouette and the price point; we work out what construction, lining and sole package gets you there without the shoe collapsing under the arch after an hour.
The decisions that separate a pump that sells from one that gets returned are rarely visible in a photo: the last width at the ball, the toe spring, the heel pitch, and how much padding sits under the forefoot.
What drives cost and lead time
- Heel height and pitch. A higher heel needs a more carefully balanced last and a stronger shank. Getting that wrong is the most common reason a sample feels unstable.
- Upper material. Synthetic leather is the fastest and cheapest route to a sample. Leather and suede add material lead time and a colour-matching step.
- Hardware and finishing. Buckles, chains, metal trims and multi-material uppers each add a sourcing line and a point of failure in QC.
- Sole construction. Moulded soles need tooling; that is a per-style cost that only makes sense above a certain volume.
Comfort decisions worth specifying early
If your customer wears the shoe to an event and never again, you can optimise for the silhouette. If you want repeat purchase, tell us at brief stage and we will build the forefoot padding, lining and heel counter into the sample instead of adding them after the first complaint. It is far cheaper to decide this on paper than to re-cut a last.
Orders and lead times
[('Minimum order', '50 pairs per style, per colourway'), ('Sample fee', 'USD 100 for a synthetic leather (PU) upper; other materials quoted per style'), ('Sample lead time', 'About 15 days for a PU upper'), ('Bulk lead time', '30 days from sample approval and deposit'), ('Payment', 'Under USD 3,000 paid in full; above that 30% to start, 70% before shipment'), ('Shipping', 'EXW Chengdu or FOB Shanghai'), ('Location', 'Hongye Avenue, Chongzhou, Chengdu, Sichuan, China')]Questions buyers ask about this
Can you match a heel height from a reference shoe?
Yes. Send the shoe or its measurements and we model the last to match the pitch and proportion, then confirm stability and fit on the sample.
Do you make both block and stiletto heels?
Both, along with kitten and flared profiles. The heel type changes the shank and balance, so it is confirmed at sampling rather than assumed from a drawing.
What is the smallest run for a moulded sole?
Moulded soles carry tooling cost, so they are quoted per style. At 50 pairs the economics usually favour an existing sole unit — tell us your volume and we will say which route makes sense.
Send the shoe you have in mind
A photo, a sketch or a tech pack is enough. You get construction options, indicative pricing and the MOQ back within 24 hours. Sampling a synthetic leather (PU) upper is USD 100 and takes around 15 days — and nothing goes into bulk until you have approved the shoe.
