Home/Private label

Your label, your packaging, from 50 pairs a style

The difference between private label and a generic carton is the detail nobody photographs: the label position, the hangtag, the barcode, the box that survives a warehouse.

What private label covers here

You choose the style; we put your identity on it and deliver it shelf-ready. In practice that means:

  • Branding on the shoe. Embossing, printing, metal hardware, woven or printed labels — applied in the finish that suits the material, and tested on the sample before bulk.
  • Labels and markings. Size labels, country-of-origin marking, material content and care labelling, set to the requirements of the market you are selling into.
  • Packaging. Branded shoebox, tissue, inserts, polybags and carton marks — including e-commerce-ready packaging that survives single-item shipping.
  • Barcodes and retail data. Your barcode on the box, and carton marks built around your warehouse requirements.

The part buyers underestimate

Marking and labelling law differs by market, and a label that is correct for the US is not automatically correct for the EU. Getting it wrong does not show up in a photo — it shows up at customs, or on a retailer's compliance desk. Tell us the destination market and the retailer's requirements at brief stage, and we build the labelling into the sample rather than retrofitting it to the carton.

What we do not claim

We do not hold standing certification schemes, and we will not tell you we do. Where a retailer requires a social audit or a specific test report, we say plainly what we can support and what has to be arranged. That conversation is better had before the purchase order than after it.

Questions buyers ask about this

What is the minimum for a private label run?

50 pairs per style and colourway. Packaging and branding are set up once per order, so adding a second colourway to an existing style is usually easier than starting a new one.

Can you supply the shoebox and hangtags?

Yes. Branded box, tissue, inserts, hangtags, polybags and carton marks are quoted as part of the order, not as an afterthought.

Can you put our barcode on the box?

Yes. Send the barcode artwork and the carton-mark requirements and we will confirm placement on the sample box before the run.

Send the shoe you have in mind

A photo, a sketch or a tech pack is enough. You get construction options, indicative pricing and the MOQ back within 24 hours. Sampling a synthetic leather (PU) upper is USD 100 and takes around 15 days — and nothing goes into bulk until you have approved the shoe.
