Women's shoe OEM manufacturing, run as a development partnership

You bring the design, the tech pack or a reference shoe. We engineer it, sample it, and produce the bulk order against the sample you approve — under your own label.

What OEM means here

OEM is the arrangement where the design is yours and the manufacturing is ours. You keep the brand, the IP and the customer relationship; we take the specification, turn it into a wearable last and pattern, source the components, build a sample, and then produce the run against that approved sample.

It is not the same as picking a style from a catalogue and putting your name on it. If the shape of the toe, the height of the heel or the proportion of the last matters to your range, that is exactly the work OEM is for.

What you send us

You do not need a finished tech pack to start. In practice, buyers arrive with one of three things, and all three are workable:

  • A reference shoe. A physical sample you already sell, or one you want to improve. We work backwards to the last and pattern.
  • A sketch or a photo set. Enough to agree the silhouette, materials and construction before anything is cut.
  • A full tech pack. Drawings, measurements, material callouts and colour references. We confirm feasibility and quote from it directly.

What our team owns

Our own team holds the specification end to end: modelling the last, sourcing materials, building and approving the sample, running in-line and final quality control, and preparing the shipment. Production runs on dedicated lines in partner workshops we have worked with for years — which is why a style can be developed for your market rather than picked off a shelf.

We are direct about that split. If your process requires that every operation happens inside one owned factory building, we are the wrong supplier and we would rather say so early than fail an audit later.

Orders, sampling and lead times

[('Minimum order', '50 pairs per style, per colourway'), ('Sample fee', 'USD 100 for a synthetic leather (PU) upper; other materials quoted per style'), ('Sample lead time', 'About 15 days for a PU upper'), ('Bulk lead time', '30 days from sample approval and deposit'), ('Payment', 'Under USD 3,000 paid in full; above that 30% to start, 70% before shipment'), ('Shipping', 'EXW Chengdu or FOB Shanghai'), ('Location', 'Hongye Avenue, Chongzhou, Chengdu, Sichuan, China')]

Who this suits — and who it does not

It suits brands and importers who want a style developed properly and are prepared to approve a physical sample before committing to bulk. It suits small first orders: 50 pairs is enough to test a design in one market before you scale it.

It is a poor fit if you need a finished, catalogue-ready shoe delivered in two weeks with no development, or if you need certification schemes we do not currently hold. We would rather lose the enquiry than promise something we cannot document.

Questions buyers ask about this

Do we need a tech pack to get a quote?

No. A photo, a sketch or a reference shoe is enough for us to come back with construction options, indicative pricing and the MOQ. A tech pack speeds up the sampling stage; it is not a precondition for talking to us.

Will you produce the same style for another buyer?

No. We do not reproduce your styles, tooling, prints or packaging for any other client, and we sign an NDA on request before development starts.

Can we start with one style?

Yes. Most buyers start with a single style at 50 pairs, approve the fit and finish, then add colourways and sizes once the shoe is proven in their market.

Next step

Send the shoe you have in mind

A photo, a sketch or a tech pack is enough. You get construction options, indicative pricing and the MOQ back within 24 hours. Sampling a synthetic leather (PU) upper is USD 100 and takes around 15 days — and nothing goes into bulk until you have approved the shoe.
